The Court has scheduled the Fairness Hearing for October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 5, 2nd Floor, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California. 

Any Settlement Class Member who wishes to appear at the Fairness Hearing, either personally or through their own attorney, must submit a 

NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPEAR TO BE FILED WITH THE COURT NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1, 2026 AND MAILED TO MICHAEL M. BUCHMAN, ESQ., SAVERI LAW FIRM, 780 THIRD AVENUE, STE 1201, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10022
